1. Pre-Shipment Verification (Most Important)

Before shipping your order, we will send you real photos and actual packing videos of your exact shoes. You can check the quality, color, size, stitching, box, and all details carefully. Only after you confirm and approve will we proceed with shipping. This service is designed to give you full confidence and minimize any risk.

2. Processing & Shipping Time

• Processing Time: All orders go through strict quality inspection. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing.
• Standard Shipping: 12-20 business days (varies by destination and customs).
• Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery.

3. Shipping Methods

We ship worldwide from our Hong Kong warehouse using reliable international couriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and EMS. Every order includes a tracking number.

4. Non-Delivery Policy

If you do not receive your parcel, we will cover all costs to reship it to you at no extra charge. If the second shipment also fails to arrive, you can choose a full refund.

5. Important Shipping Notes

• Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.
• Customs & Import Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes if applicable. We will try our best to minimize these charges.
• Tracking Information: You will receive a tracking number via email. It may take up to 5 days for tracking to become active.

6. Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. We gladly accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging, tags, and shoe box intact.
• We do not accept returns for worn, damaged, washed, or altered items.

Quality Issues & Full Refund

We offer **full refund or free replacement** (including return shipping cost) in these cases:

• Obvious quality defects (major stains, tears, serious craftsmanship issues)
• Wrong item or wrong color received (excluding minor monitor color differences)
• Significant size discrepancy (more than 2cm difference from size chart)

Return Process

1. Contact our Customer Service within the return window with your order number and clear photos/videos.
2. Receive return instructions and the correct return address.
3. Ship the item back in its original condition.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7-14 business days.

Exchange

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days if the item is in original unused condition. Please contact us with your order details and the item you want to exchange for.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for items returned without authorization, used/worn shoes, or items without original packaging.
